Every great achievement begins with a dream. Some dreams are born from ambition, while others are born from the determination to overcome society's limitations and create a better future. CADIT THE ROBOT is one such dream.

Our Story — A Little Girl's Big Dream

CADIT THE ROBOT is more than a business project. It is the realization of a childhood dream, built on determination, resilience, passion, and an unwavering belief in the power of hard work.

My journey began when I was a young girl growing up in a society where parents could sometimes be looked down upon simply because they did not have a son. Witnessing these attitudes inspired me to believe that a person's worth should never be determined by gender, but by their values, abilities, and contributions to society.

At the age of 12, I began preparing myself for the journey towards the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). My ambition was to serve the public to the best of my ability, empower India's youth to become independent, and contribute to the development of our nation. I dreamed of building a future where young Indians could stand on their own feet, create opportunities, and serve the country with pride.

Unfortunately, an accident disrupted my journey, and I could not appear for the IAS Main Examination as planned.

But a dream that is deeply rooted in the heart never truly disappears.

From Rejection to Determination

My original vision was to create a comprehensive shopping and product-delivery platform inspired by the concept of a one-stop shopping destination—a system that could bring products, services, technology, and convenience together under one roof.

However, when I approached different sources to raise funds for my project, I faced rejection after rejection. Being a woman aspiring to build something ambitious made the journey even more challenging.

Instead of giving up, I made a decision: if I could not secure the resources to build my dream immediately, I would work hard to create them myself.

I began taking up part-time jobs in different departments and fields where I needed practical knowledge and training to implement my vision independently. Every experience became a lesson. Every challenge strengthened my determination. Every saving brought me one step closer to my goal.

It took me nearly 25 years of perseverance, learning, sacrifice, and hard work to bring this dream closer to reality.

Today, I take pride in knowing that the savings earned through my own hard work have helped me build the foundation for CADIT.

What once existed only in the imagination of a young girl is now becoming a platform for products, services, innovation, skills, and opportunities.

That is the journey behind CADIT THE ROBOT.


The Philosophy Behind CADIT

I believe there may be alternatives to money, resources, and many things we depend on in life—but there is no substitute for hard work.

Money can provide resources, but dedication gives them purpose. Knowledge can create possibilities, but consistent effort turns possibilities into reality. Passion can inspire a dream, but discipline and perseverance help sustain it.

My journey has taught me that lasting success is built through hard work, continuous learning, strong values, and the courage to keep moving forward despite rejection.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my parents, my family, my teachers, and God for their place in my journey. I am especially grateful to Mr. Sonu Sharma, inspirational speaker and motivator, whose mentorship and motivation have encouraged me to keep believing in my vision and pursuing my goals.

CADIT is a reminder that circumstances may delay a dream, but determination can give it a new direction.
